Fires
Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited due to the extreme risk of wildfires in our region.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside any of the buildings. You can smoke outside but due to extreme fire risk, you must put any cigarette butts and/or matches in the designated cigarette disposal units. There are disposal units on the deck of both the cottage and cabin. Do not put cigarette butts or matches on the ground, as there is an extreme risk of wildfire due to the very dry nature of our region.

No children unattended: Children must be supervised at all times. Hot tubs are not considered suitable for young children or infants.

Health Conditions: Guests with medical conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or pregnancy should consult a doctor before use.

-

There are hot tub instructions and health & safety information on the table in both units. Please read in full before using the hot tub.
Pets – Cottage only
Pets are welcome at the cottage but there is a pet fee of $60 which covers the extra cleaning after a pet has stayed. Pets are not allowed at the cabin. Please follow these rules when staying with your pet/s:
-
Your pet must either be on a leash or in a carrier while at our place, OR, under your control at all times.
-
Please pick up any toileting left around our grounds with a plastic bag, then tie the bag closed and place in the rubbish bin. Please do not place un-bagged faeces directly into the rubbish bin as we have to take the rubbish to the refuse station ourselves.
-
We prefer pets to not sit on the beds or furniture but if they have a habit of doing this, please bring a blanket or cover to place over the bed or furniture. If you don’t have a covering, we will provide one for you.
-
Please ensure your pet doesn’t make excessive noise, or is disruptive or aggressive towards other guests, or our family. If your pet is deemed dangerous, we may have to ask you to find alternative accommodation.
Property damage
Please let us know of any damage to the property immediately. Depending on the severity of damage, we may charge additional costs for damages and/or additional cleaning required.
